Chemical Lasers and Laser-Induced Kinetic Processes.

Abstract

The 'Tandem Laser' and 'Zero Gain' methods (developed in these laboratories) to study the primative vibrational populations obtained in selected chemical reactions have been exploited. The NH-fluoromethane insertion-elimination reactions were carefully examined as a prototype example of this type of chemical laser.
