Systems with Memory and Systems Defined on Algebraic Structures.

Abstract

This research has been concerned with the development of a theory of control and observation for systems with time delays in the state, input variables. A theory, almost as complete for the non-delay situation has been constructed. The roles of stabilizability, reachability and observability concepts in this theory have been clarified. Numerical procedures for solving some of these problems have been developed. (Author)
