DIMUS Mark I Receiving System for Lorad Mark III.

Abstract

A receiving system designated DIMUS (DIgital MUltibeam Steering) was developed for the Lorad Mark III. Tests show that this system, using five samples per cycle, has satisfactory beam-forming capability and its bearing precision is equal to that obtained with other methods, such as delay lines.
