Acoustically Scanned Optical Imaging Devices

Abstract

The first successful ZnO on Si storage correlator has been made. Signals with a time-bandwidth product of 30,000 have been correlated. A GaAs convolver has been constructed with good results, and a GaAs correlator is in process. Complete theory of the storage correlator has been developed and checks will with experiments.
