Evaluation of Seating and Restraint Systems and Anthropomorphic Dummies Conducted during Fiscal Year 1976

Abstract

The results of test programs conducted by the Protection and Survival Laboratory to investigate the performance of prototype or operational seating and restraint systems relative to their ability to provide protection against crash injury and to investigate the performance of anthropomorphic dummies in the dynamic environment are reported. The data in this report were previously presented in a memorandum report and are subject to additional evaluation or change upon review, conduct of additional testing, or receipt of additional facts.
