An Assessment of Lesson Review as a Formative Evaluation Tool,

Abstract

This paper describes the evolution of the Military Training Centers (MTC) lesson review process, and discusses review effectiveness in terms of the short-term goals of lesson revision and quality, and the long-term goal of author training. The author also details recommendations for improving review effectiveness.
