Abstract

Part I summarizes the curriculum development phases of the Chanute Service Test with an emphasis on management problems and their solutions. Part II gives a detailed commentary on the Air Force final evaluation report and discusses many topics of interest to civilian and military CBE projects; (e.g., lesson development procedures, CBE project management, CBE instructional effectiveness and impact, and cost factors.)
