Immediate Type Allergic Reactions (Selected Portions),

Abstract

The solution to the problem of experimentally modelling man's allergic diseases encounters a whole series of difficulties which to a considerable degree determine the complexity of modelling majority of the diseases of man. Allergic diseases as such are encountered only in man. Hence, modelling of these states in animals in their entire completeness, and of the specific character of clinical course with the special peculiarities of organolocalization is virtually impossible.
