Conceptual Designs for Combined Environments Reliability Test Facility.

Abstract

Various conceptual designs for CERT facilities were formulated in terms of technical requirements. Two conceptual designs were selected by the Air Force for an economic analysis which included tabulating initial costs, operating costs and maintenance costs. (Author)
