PEB/LOE Preparation Assistance Program for USS OUELLET (FF-1077) and USS SAMPLE (FF-1048).

Abstract

Results to date of the PERA(CRUDES) PEB/LOE Preparation Assistance Program are discussed. The effectiveness of that program in assisting selected ships in preparing for LOE is assessed; general conclusions in LOE preparation are presented; and recommendations are offered concerning the continuing implementation of the program. Also discussed is the implementation of an automated SFOMS on all ships of this study. (Author)
