Development of an Interactive BALFRAM Computer Program: Phase I--Model Revision.

Abstract

BALFRAM is a force planning model with land, sea, and air interactions based on Lanchester law attrition. This technical report describes Phase I of a project to convert the BALFRAM computer program to an interactive program where a model user can manipulate decision parameters to control problem solution during the computer execution. This report presents the technical details of the modifications made during this model revision phase. (Author)
