Candidate U. S. Civil Defense Programs.

Abstract

This report documents the results of an analysis of candidate U. S. civil defense programs, assuming a mid-1980s Soviet attack versus counterforce and countervalue targets. Six specific programs, and two options to these programs, were identified. Estimates were made of numbers of survivors and program costs. (Author)
