Radar Signatures for Aircraft Identification.

Abstract

A compact method of describing the radar scattering of distributed targets is developed. A computer program that processes the descriptor format into a target plane map of scattering intensity and forms simulated synthetic aperture radar images has been coded. Examples of aircraft and multiple reflection targets are shown. (Author)
