Comparison of Multiple Affect Adjective Check List and Military Morale Inventory.

Abstract

This report describes the creation of an instrument, the Military Morale Inventory (MMI), to measure morale in military units. The MMI was constructed from empirical data gathered with the Multiple Affect Adjective Check List (MAACL). The correlation results obtained reveal a very close correspondence between MAACL and MMI scores.
