Zero Order Diffraction Display Systems.

Abstract

This program examined the relative attributes of ZOD (Zero Order Diffraction) microimages FIH (Focused Image Holograms) holograms, and Standard Ektachrome (EK) material for application to high brightness displays. Specific comparison of brightness, resolution, contrast, and colorimetry were made using a breadboard viewing screen system allowing simultaneous side-by-side projection of the three media.
