Calculations of Energy Spectra for ESD of H+ from H2 Adsorbed on Tungsten in Surface Science

Abstract

We calculate the kinetic energy distribution of H+ ions desorbed from tungsten surfaces via ESD. Our calculations produce energy spectra consistent with experimental observation for several plausible atomic adsorption sites.
