Abstract

This report is the first volume of a series of reports on the development of a computerized model for estimating software life cycle costs. This volume deals with the basic concepts of the model. The report defines the basic stages of the model, the methodologies employed, and the desired features of the model. The report contains enough information to allow operation of the model by manual methods. (Author)
