Vehicular Intercommunications System.

Abstract

This is the first quarterly report for the design study for a Vehicular Intercommunication System primarily for tracked vehicles. The report covers the time period from 29 September through 31 December 1977. Accomplishments for the period included the establishment and documentation of functional, electrical and mechanical requirements for the vehicle commander and crew member stations. Preliminary tradeoff studies for techniques for wireless intercommunication for certain crew members were made. Results of initial investigations for control and signalling techniques are likewise included. (Author)
