Study of Seismicity and Earthquake Engineering in the Long Beach-San Diego Coastal and Offshore Region, California.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine better the seismicity of the Long Beach-San Diego coastal and offshore area, and thus the seismic hazard, and to develop a more complete understanding of the engineering response to earthquakes of soils and structures of particular interest to the Navy.
