Laser Rangefinder/Tank Thermal Sight Integration Study.

Abstract

This report documents the results of a study to analyze a government-proposed design concept for integrating AN/GVS-5 Laser Rangefinder (LRF) modules into the AN/VSG-2 Tank Thermal Sight (TTS). The primary objectives of the study were to determine the compatibility of the two systems and to assess the impact of the proposed integration on the recurring costs associated with the production of the TTS systems.
