III-V Heterojunction Structures for Long-Wavelength Injection Laser

Abstract

CW operation of 1.4-micrometer injection lasers is reported. At o C threshold current was 225 mA. A computer-derived table of wavelength vs alloy composition of In GaAsP is presented.
