A Fortran Program to Fit a Complex-Valued Transfer Function.

Abstract

A procedure is given to obtain the estimate of a transfer function with up to eight parameters (gain, delay, 3 zeros, and 3 poles). An example of a subroutine used in conjunction with a program for least-squares estimation of nonlinear parameters is included. (Author)
