Thickness Properties of Laminated Fiber Composites.

Abstract

The elastic and thermal expansion properties of angle-ply laminated fiber composites are evaluated experimentally and analytically. These include properties in or involving the thickness direction of the laminates. Stress-strain behavior of the laminates under compression in the thickness direction is described and discussed.
