Army Civilian Awards Study.

Abstract

A study was made of the Army civilian performance awards system to determine whether the system was adequately meeting the needs of the Army and its commanders and personnel in the field. The study revealed that the program is generally well administered, meeting the needs of commanders and personnel, and with some exceptions, awards are being granted relatively equitably to all segments of the workforce. The report contains recommendations for minor improvements in the civilian awards program. (Author)
