Baseline Study.

Abstract

The purpose of the Baseline Study was to determine the manpower Base required at Army depots to meet surge/mobilization requirements, considering efficient/effective operating levels. Impact of current manpower limitations on peacetime and MOB/surge capabilities was established. Results of this study will be used in the PPBS cycle to influence future resource allocations for DESCOM. (Author)
