Raster Plotter Software Improvements.

Abstract

This report describes the software required to generate the drive tapes for the Raster Finishing Plotters being used by the Defense Mapping Agency's production centers. The data is supplied as lineal (vector) feature strings and the software described in this report converts the lineal data to raster formatted data of the proper line weights. The output tape of the conversion routines are used to produce the cartographic color separation negatives on the Raster Finishing Plotters. (Author)
