Test and Evaluation of Universal Container for Mk 48-Mod 1 Torpedo Major Groups.

Abstract

This report details the test and evaluation of a first article container designed to ship and store the five major assemblies of the Mk 48 Mod 1 Torpedo. The test container was confirmed for the warhead section only, and the results indicated that the container adequately protects that section. (Author)
