Terminal Access Procedures (TAP).

Abstract

This report details the design and development of the Terminal Access Procedures (TAP) of the Transparent Integrated Intelligence Network (TIIN). The TAP project is an integral part of the long-range development of TIIN, a highly user-oriented distributed data access and processing capability encompassing world-wide resources.
