Laboratory Evaluation of Australian Ration Packs.

Abstract

Results of analyses of ration pack items of the 1975/76 packaging programme are presented. Energy values are reported in Kilojoules. Some of the rations have become nutritionally unbalanced, particularly with respect to vitamin C and protein content. Total energy values of some rations are also below the recommended level.
