On Balloting of Projectiles

Abstract

The possibility for balloting-energy growth is examined. The basic equations are developed and the important parameters for balloting motion are obtained and discussed. It is concluded from the analysis that balloting-energy growth can not occur for the balloting model assumed in the present treatment.
