Determinants and a Measure of Navy Recruiter Effectiveness

Abstract

This research sought to develop a practical means of objectively measuring recruiter productivity. An equation was developed to predict productivity based on characteristics of the recruiter's geographic location and management policy. Using such an equation, production not under the direct control of a recruiter could be isolated.
