Abstract

Based on task similarity, the structure of jobs performed in the Real Estate-Cost-Management Analysis career ladder was determined. Basically, six major groups were identified as follows: Real Property Personnel, Cost Accounting Personnel, Supervisory and Management Personnel, Industrial Engineering Personnel, Funds Management Personnel, and Resident Instructor Personnel.
