A System for Remote Measurements of Air-Sea Fluxes of Momentum, Heat and Moisture during Moderate to Strong Winds.
Abstract
The report describes the methods employed, the sensors used for temperature, humidity and velocity and the digital recording systems. A summary of the field measurements made and some preliminary results are given. A detailed analysis of the GILL twin propeller-vane anemometer is presented in the appendix. (Author)
