Economics of On-the-Job Training: Annotated Bibliography and Literature Review.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to present a thorough review of the literature on the economics of on-the-job (OJT) training. The information contained herein is to be used in developing a cost analytic model for Air Force OJT, under a follow-on contractor work unit. The most relevant literature is reviewed in depth, and background research areas are examined. An extensive annotated bibliography, plus numerous additional references, are included. (Author)
