Worker-Oriented and Job-Oriented Instruments for Evaluating Job Performance.

Abstract

This paper describes two instruments for obtaining performance ratings. These two instruments have been developed at the task and element level of jobs. These instrument, the Performance Analysis Inventory (PAI) and the Task Proficiency Inventory (TPI) were developed as part of an ONR study concerned with the performance capabilities of men at different aptitude levels. The part of the study concerning aptitude levels has not yet been undertaken. (Author)
