Near Fields of a Vector Electric Line Source Near the Edge of a Wedge.

Abstract

Simple, closed form expressions are obtained for the fields of an electric line source with transverse or longitudinal current flow, parallel to and near the edge of a perfectly conducting wedge. The effect of an edge which is not perfectly sharp is investigated by considering a cylinder-tipped half-plane. (Author)
