DCS II Timing Subsystem.

Abstract

A timing subsystem for the DCS II synchronous network is described. The timing network would use plesiochronous timing (Station clocks with buffering and periodic resetting, using LORAN C as the standard to obtain synchronization). The proposed DCS II timing subsystem is designed to be transitional into the future, fully synchronized timing subsystem. (Author)
