Microwave Gallium Arsenide FET Amplifiers

Abstract

FETs suitable for amplification through 18 GHz were developed with noise figures of 2.3 dB at 18 GHz. Using these FETs amplifiers covering 7 - 18 GHz and 10 - 18 GHz were successfully developed. All major specifications were met over the entire band.
