Abstract

This bibliography contains unclassified-unlimited citations on Psychological Tests to include reports which describe the rationale and development of tests which measure personality, intelligence, social acceptability, motivation and evaluation of personnel by selective motor learning. The effective use of non-intellectual tests for measurements of ability and performance, and its predictive validity of success.
