A Pre-Prototype Real-Time Video Tracking System.

Abstract

This final report is presented to White Sands Missile Range to develop a state-of-the-art hardware and software configuration for a real-time video (RTV) tracking system and to investigate the feasibility of the system by testing its major components. The result of the research effort is the design of a video processor, a structural tracker, and a control processor for a RTV tracking system.
