Computation of Volume Reverberation Coefficient.

Abstract

In detonating explosives at 600 feet the receiving system has hardly time to recover from the direct shock wave before the surface reflection arrives. Hence, good volume reverberation data will be measured after the surface reflection arrival. Also, back scatter from the surface will be significant until the angle of incidence to the surface becomes small.
