Monolithic 20W 2GHz Transistor and Monolithic 5W 4GHz Transistor.

Abstract

One wafter of L-10 devices was completed during this period. Performance at 2GHz was poor, however, performance at 1GHz was acceptable. The poor performance wad due to poor quality epitaxial material. (Author)
