Analytical and Numerical Methods for Nonlinear Singular Singularly-Perturbed Initial Value Problems.

Abstract

This paper considers the vector problem when the m x m matrix f sub y(y,t,0) is singular of rank k, 0 < or = k < m, with k stable eigenvalues. Alternative analytical and numerical possibilities are explored, and analytical and numerical solutions are obtained for representative problems.
