The Variation of Sheet Type Surface Cavitation Noise with Cavitation Number.

Abstract

An Experimental investigation of the variation of sheet type surface cavitation noise with cavitation number is discussed. It is shown that root mean square noise levels vary as normalized cavitation number to the -5.5 power.
