Abstract

This report summarizes the results of the administration of the Electronic Principles Inventory to airmen assigned to Air Traffic Control Radar Repairman Specialty (AFSC 30351). The report gives a detailed listing of the technical tasks and knowledge needed to perform the jobs within the specialty or career ladder. This specialty has the following functions: Installs, maintains, and repairs air traffic control radar, related operator training devices, associated communications subsystems, radar beacon systems, remoting systems, video mappers, and computerized processing devices. Performs preventive maintenance on air traffic control radar, associated communications equipment, radar beacon systems, remoting devices, video mappers, and display equipment. (Author)
