Methodology for Evaluation of the United States Army Combined Arms Tactical Training Simulator (CATTS).

Abstract

The Combined Arms Tactical Training Simulator (CATTS) is studied with a view towards evaluating the training effectiveness of command and control instruction. The objectives and goals of the CATTS system are reviewed, as well as the training system itself. Concepts and methodology for the evaluation of the CATTS system are presented, with a proposed test procedure outlined. (Author)
