Manufacturing Methods and Techniques for Miniature High Voltage Hybrid Multiplier Modules.

Abstract

The results of reliability testing of rectangular and curved multipliers to the Second Engineering Sample requirements are analysed. Further steps to improve the performance of the multipliers and optimization of the rectifiers for these devices are discussed. (Author)
