Recent Developments in Research on Life Stress.

Abstract

The present paper provides an overview of a program of life stress research conducted during the past three years. Findings related to the assessment of life stress, the role of moderator variables, and the issue of causality in life stress research are reviewed. Major conceptual and methodological issues related to this area of research are also considered. (Author)
