TRAINFIRE 3 - The Development of a Program of Squad Sniper Training for Selected riflemen

Abstract

This report summarizes the research effort in TRAINFIRE III which provides background information prerequisite to the development of a program of instruction for training the squad sniper. The research is uncompleted and no final program of instruction was developed. However, preliminary development of the program resulted in several modifications and various investigations of specific problems. Some major problems which must be resolved prior to development of the final program are discussed.
