MANOVA: A Methodology for Forecasting Manpower Demands.

Abstract

The procedures described in this paper are primarily intended to illustrate methods of simple linear and curvilinear regression analysis with special emphasis on the cause vs effect relationships between manpower and workload indicators. Statistics include confidence intervals for the regression coefficients, analysis of variance and hypothesis testing, among other relevant qualifying parameters. (Author)
